To get a quote for an insurance product, download the relevant proposal, fill it in and submit it to your broker or your local QBE office.
To make a claim, download and fill in the relevant claim form and send it by post or fax to your broker or to the QBE office in your country. Click on the Claims section of this website to learn more about our claims process.

- choose the QBE office in your country,
- then choose the department you want to send your query to and click "Contact ",
- fill in the form,
- click "Send".
